After seeing how overwhelming in-home care decisions can feel for families, I founded Solis Care Coordination to offer a more helpful and personal alternative. I believe meaningful care begins with the right match, not just in skill, but in character and compatibility.

With extensive experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care settings, and private homes, I have seen firsthand what quality care truly requires. This clinical background allows me to carefully evaluate caregivers not only for professionalism, but for real-world capability in diverse care environments.

In addition, my background in Business Administration supports the structured, professional approach behind Solis, ensuring that every placement is handled with clarity, discretion, and attention to detail.
