This direct-hire model supports caregivers with fair, transparent compensation and often results in significantly lower long-term costs for families compared to ongoing agency billing, creating a more sustainable and stable caregiving experience for everyone involved.

With extensive experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, memory care settings, and private homes, I have seen firsthand what quality care truly requires. This clinical background allows me to carefully evaluate caregivers not only for professionalism, but for real-world capability in diverse care environments.
In addition, my background in Business Administration supports the structured, professional approach behind Solis, ensuring that every placement is handled with clarity, discretion, and attention to detail.
