Sometimes care needs change unexpectedly, and families may need short-term coverage when schedules shift. Solis will soon offer backup caregiver referral coordination to help maintain continuity of care during these moments.
This service is expected to launch in August 2026. We are currently building a dedicated on-call caregiver network to ensure that every backup referral meets the same standards of experience, reliability, and professionalism as our primary placements.
Taking the time to build this network carefully allows us to provide families with dependable coverage when it matters most.
A referral coordination fee will apply if a backup caregiver referral results in a successful placement.
